overgrown wash causing major mesquito problem

There is much overgrowth in this whole neighborhood. My major complaint is the wash that runs across this neighborhood has standing water and very tall weeds to harbor bugs. The trees and bushes along the path at Lakeside that leads to Golf Links is hard to walk for kids going to school. Along Camino Seco if you are walking you have to step into the street do to overgrowth and no sidewalks. Our streets are really bad with growth between the curbs and the asphalt. I have lived in this neighborhood for 18 years and have never seen road work done or the mosquitoes this bad. Please help us keep our neighborhood safe.
