large crevasses, faults from shoddy workmanship previously running east to west across Stella probably 50 times between golf Links South to escalante. the noise from this constant thumping of cars hitting one of these defects every 50 ft that are two or three inches wide and several inches deep causes lots of noise pollution disturbing the peace so badly that I cannot stay at my ill sister's house two houses in from Pantano and get any sleep lately, so much worse during the day. previous contractor should be held accountable as you have a lot of work to do here to make this suit the city standard for smoothness etc. please repave or temporarily repair immediately. thank you
