reported a week ago that someone had left black plastic in the middle of the intersection which has been broken into a lot of small sharp pieces. your department simply opened it said there's no hazard there and closed it when the lazy individual could have simply got out of his truck and picked up swept up this pile of debris that continues to get mutilated into smaller pieces and caused one constituent a flat tire when I initially reported this. laziness thinking they can continue to ignore this and it will sooner or later get ground into small enough pieces and go away on its own, defeats the purpose of this form when they respond inappropriately like this. my other neighbor is getting a picture of it now and will submit as well, ridiculous
