sand and rock from previous storms causing cars to slide on safely on the corner even at low speeds l needs to be cleaned up before additional storms arrived soon. why the city continues to close out these requests before the work is completed is very frustrating. it creates duplicates and more work. also it would be nice if the city wasn't one sided and making comments on these work orders and activated the constituent side so we could provide valuable feedback for them to be more efficient as well. we have contacted click fix and apparently this is the only city in the country using this software that has shut off the constituent feature slapping Us in the face again as they don't want to even hear this much if they have a choice :-(let alone do the job they are being paid very very good money for
