Abandoned/Junk Motor Vehicle

Caller is reporting that a vehicle has been abandoned on the street for over a year and recently it was moved in front of a mailbox. Caller unable to rent out the home with the vehicle blocking the mailbox. Caller received an email stating there wasn't a code violation, and the case was closed. Caller states that the vehicle is still there and would like it removed. 35T2194/AZ - The paper plate expired in 2-2022.
