from out of nowhere there are about 10 stolen shopping carts that need to be picked up immediately. they are full of trash and other items the tweakers have collected. we are not about to allow this part to turn into the catastrophe you've willfully created at Santa rita. was just at Fry's and of course there's no shopping carts because you continually allow these unhoused individuals to steal them and be in possession of items valued at over $100 when they should be arrested and cited for Grand theft. Lord knows our call me mayor will come up with the idea to buy them all wagons on our time before you take care of the constituents. please have any trash and stolen shopping carts picked up and returned from Lakeside Park immediately or we'll do it for you tonight
