Other issue in park

for over a year the bathroom has been closed on the southwest corner of this park, three different constituents have submitted requests questioning the status or the delay with no response and you continue just to close the work orders inappropriately further agitating constituents who pay your salary instead of dignifying them with some type of update or rationale for the willful delays. now the whole park is fenced off on this side and there's no signage or any communication by the city as to what's being done and for how long. the playground was just remodeled only to be fenced off so no one can use it, what a dog and pony show
