The address I'm having issues with is 3421 S Pantano Rd On 4/11/24 he started playing his music at 9:30am. The music is so loud I can hear it all through my house. Windows & doors closed and I can hear it over my tv. I called the non-emergency line. She told me she saw my previous complaint. She said she would add this complaint to the form. She also gave me the number to the Red Tag Team. I called them right away (9:47am) and left a message. At 1:30pm the music was still going. I tried the Red Tag Team again. No answer. At 3:30 the music was still going. Called the Red Tag Team again. No answer but I did leave a message. At 6:30pm the music is still going. I went outside & recorded it. The music finally stopped at 8pm. So from 9:30am-8pm I could not even enjoy being inside my own home. And no one would answer when I called or return my calls. t
