Noise

At 3421 S Pantano Rd The music started today at 5pm. It is now 9:42pm and the music is still going. I've called the Red Tag Team but no one answered. I left a message. I can hear the music/bass in my bedroom & cannot sleep. I have talked to him before about his music. I told him I don't care if you play your music but I don't think I should be able to hear it inside my home. I've asked him to turn it down.
