Abandoned/Junk Motor Vehicle (Department of Transportation) (Call Taker internal use)

Patricia is reporting an abandoned vehicle that hasn't moved for about 3 weeks, she said there is a lot of junk around the house that is the across the street. She assumes the vehicle is associated with that house because it's also filled with junk. She stated it does have a plate. She stated she is not sure if it's operational at one point she took photo where the tires were flat but they currently look full but the vehicle has not moved.
